JW Design aimed to create a bold statement online store, befitting of the personality of the brand LEFF Amsterdam. The current site was lacking the technological benefits of fluid responsive development, resulting in the widescreen experience lacking impact, JW designed a fully-responsive, full-screen experience to captivate the user and convert the sale. With a small product range the site focuses on the individual ranges, giving a more story-led user journey (the product listing page features a single column for the product archive, giving a limited product range some added personality). Raw typography coupled with blending effects create a statement visual style, complete with OTT hover styles to add further personality. The range of watch colours gives the site a burst of colour against the mostly monochromatic imagery style, resulting in a modern and luxurious design.
