Building a ground-up, eCommerce solution.
With insights gained from research and UX competitor benchmarking focused on the US e-commerce landscape, I began the conceptualisation phase. This involved sketching bespoke UX designs for the Product Detail Page (PDP) and a specialised Plan Builder, addressing specific user needs and market opportunities. I then moved on to conceptualising the core e-commerce flow, encompassing the basket and checkout processes, ensuring seamless functionality and applying on-brand styling for a consistent and trustworthy experience for US customers.

Outcome
Creating a bespoke solution in an uncharted territory demanded in-depth research, coupled with robust UX and CRO knowledge to inform its design, implementation, and ongoing refinement. This pioneering platform provides the foundational framework for future development and optimisation, ensuring sustained growth for years to come. Already achieving conversions solely through organic traffic, the platform demonstrates its initial efficacy. By strategically integrating paid advertising, we can now leverage comprehensive data analysis to meticulously track conversion rates and review user sessions, enabling continuous optimisation for peak sales performance. This platform marks a significant first for the brand and the property tech sector, featuring an innovative plan configurator that streamlines the sales process by removing the traditional reliance on internal sales involvement.
